why is fsn trading at well below 1/6 of pdn price? today they have almost 74% acceptances. does anyone know if that includes the directors shares which add up to around 15%. If not then when the directors accept they will almost definitely get over 90% and complete the t/o.
i can buy fsn shares for 48c which equates to buying pdn for $2.88 when they are trading at $3.10 which is a 7% discount! Seems like a no brainer or am I missing something?
