Actually I rang Andrew Spinks two days ago and he picked up.

We spoke on different topics, however to be fair my answers are very similar, to the point of almost identical.

6) Now that you bring it up - No. I did think of the bridge as we chatted, however decided that I really did not need to ask. The Tanzania Government, local communities, and KNL have always worked well together and are and have been very strong and positive. Even before the days of John Park (bless him), KNL have worked with the people of Tanzania. It is clearly our strength. KNL is in great hands.
