First question on Q & A on Direct Action, it's topical and will be in the news for a while yet.
Indian Prime Minister Modi has a good plan for increasing renewables and decentralising their electricity distribution. They can go to battery storage (expensive for now) and the like or they could utilise DICE has a peaking, baseload power that is ideal for remote power and high penetration of renewables.
Then the question would be, is the high ash Indian lignite suitable as a mrc fuel for DICE?
Or would they need to import some mrc?
