They don;t need to raise money any more.
They raised 1.8 Billion last year. SInce that time two profits has been declared and third one is on the way. CSL hold more than 50% profit back(Low dividend). Hence all together another 1 Billions they have in pocket.
So total is 1.8 Billion + 1 Billions i.e. 2.8 Billions. Deal is only 3.1 Billion.
