This clear more cloud. Unfortunately until unless outcome is known, it will remain an issue and hence depressed share price.
Also I personally much happy if Telecris deal does not happen. The Baggage from Telecris is too much. 2200 Employee in just one office(if I am right). THAT IS "LARGE BAGGAGE" to carry forward. Same product but duplicacy of staff.
Also the equity fund is desperate to get rid off Telecris. If I was in CSL, Walk off. Let them break the company into pieces and buy the right "Product" without baggage.
