It wasn't the company that brought in consultants to restructure their business, it was the banks and McGNichol who brought them in! I don't think restructuring the business will be enough - you can't make a silk purse out of a sow's ear. The only think that I think can save the business in some form is a big debt writeoff, new funding and new management - but I can't see a way for that to happen without wiping out current equity holders.
