OK you guys are looking at different things hence why your numbers don't match. The up/down points on the futures resets daily, hence why some people are seeing futures in the green. This is because they are in the green if you start TODAY.
To get the real net effect you need to take into account the 500 odd dip from the close of last Friday. Remember the US had a holiday on Monday. Today's futures would need to be up 500 odd points for the net effect to be green...if that makes sense.
