only just looked at the agm announcement. there is a board spill motion (item 5) in there if sufficient number vote against the remuneration resolution...the directors have recommended people vote against.
explains the level of interest, someone had enough to require the resolution to be included in the agm, and likely is now buying up votes... ramcap still?
hopefully the board will have a new acquisition finalised before the agm? interesting times...
