As I have previously noted, If it were up to me, I'd rather our remaining cash reserves be used to hire lawyers and pursue discovery against QUT and FTT. I'd like to get access to the original scientific data and all other relevant documents to figure out what actually happened here.

QUT would have deep pockets and if we were sold a dodgy product, you would think we would have a good chance of recouping something. The right for FTT to do this might well be our most valuable asset.

Reading the above two articles is a good start for people new to this share. In particular, make sure to read all the comments that have been posted underneath the articles. Shareholders should note Factor Therapeutics used to be called Tissue Therapies.
