I'd hazard a guess that today churned out most of the rest of Taylor Collison clan. Supply will now show from profiteers who are flipping after buying .3/.4 the last few weeks and selling at .5/.6, however I think that big overhang might be (at least mostly) behind us. Couple that with the fact there's clearly some new names taking meaningful positions with two 100m+ days (amongst the rest of the volume getting done), and word starting to spread through twitter and elsewhere... Doesn't take a genius to figure out what happens when supply is weakening and demand is strengthening.
We'll see what happens over the coming days/weeks, but it's still got a few more ticks of room to grow to get to a more reasonable market cap that represents its cash pos + board strength + shell EV. Let alone if they're actually closing in on something, especially in this market wow.
