I have previously tried to get a response confirming if TIS ever signed something saying they would not take any action. I was IMO stonewalled .

The enity still exists so if they haven't signed some form of settlement there is always the opportunity to open it up but there is time limits.

If prior directors signed right to future possible action away it may be a directors indemnity claim. TIS paid huge amounts ad I'm not sure what they got or it's quality especially looking in hindsight

Amazing how after much time passes people are possibly now prepared to say what went on as they have moved on in their careers and are more secure. Some ran to foreign countries IMO for whatever reasons.

Always worth looking and see where all the players back then have turned up
