Very funny - having done plenty of accounts, there are often cases where numbers have been rounded up/down differently, but should be the same, so you have to mess around adding 1 here and taking 1 off there (without causing more problems). And indeed the technical term is to "fudge it".
I bet PwC are very embarrassed by this though. Would not like to be the individual responsible......
