A fuel cell can run a car, just not the CFU fuel cells. Fuel cells used in cars run on hydrogen, which is far more flexible and responsive. Honda have a trial of Hydrogen fuel cell cars running in California.
As to ASCI, part of their "thing" is to set a buy up to price and a stop loss. No-one is forcing subscribers to adhere to the recommendations. One of the things ASCI/Port Phillip publishing like to push in their publications is having a strategy when investing - setting stop losses etc. They have long said that they believe this recovery in the market is not sustainable and to be wary of corrections - so that is what is up with the stop loss. They have also sell recommendations on other stocks when they believe the fundamentals no longer stack up.
