    I like your ICE point... but 150cc per mile is quite a small amount...
    but I would ban them just for that....
    and the fact they just convert Natural Gas to Hydrogen...(just shifting to Fossil fuels again)

    Now add AI driven cars that try to crash into you and explode...and you have "CHRISTINE II"
