I saw this info from Velocys too. It does confirm low cash costs for ULSD.
One caution the operating cost quoted excludes fuel costs which are 10 mmbtu per barrel. So you do need to add and extra $40 based on the quoted costs.
This is natural gas. Linc produces Syngas at about $1. Only about 7 mmbtu are required for 1 barrel. (Energy is lost in the natural gas to Syngas). This support Linc's production costs.
