Re Poland.
I was very surprised when I saw the Poland deal. How would an Eastern Euro mob be able to finance a mammoth Coldry plant - even with a lousy $2 Bill? Sure the EU is placing immense pressure on the Poles - but can they financially build it?
In the BRR - Kos highlighted the Poles will build the modules themselves. Poland has an under utilised bankrupted ship building industry that can build the modules for peanuts.
Another indication of the long range vision of modular thinking via Arup.
Coldry is the only viable solution for high moisture coals (lignite) like Poland - but its useless if it cant be implemented economically - it seems ECT/Poles have found the solution for the project to make economic sense.
