Shareholders should always be re-evaluating their position, otherwise you could very well end up holding stock for argument sake in a company with ever changing deadlines, thinking they have good prospects, yet they capitulate from 60c+ to 10c and still have no revenue on the horizon. Just for arguments sake of course.
