I have also, asked myself the same question, which you proposed above, (WHY DO WE HAVE TO SELL).

As I have been in C.Y.P for the last 3 odd years.

The current B.O.D. have up to know, only delivered Phase 1 results.

Earlier last year 2018, I was speaking to an relative or works for a very large Pharmaceutical company in Europe.

I was advised that it for company to succeed you need up to 4 Phase Trials.

With Phase 4 Trial successfully completed before you start to making any $$$ money,

So, we are here today after some 3 odd years and only completed 1 trial only.

If you do your sums you will find that, before we make any money it will take many years.

By my calculation, we will start to see revenue in late 2025 or at least in 2026.

As most C.Y.P. investors, don't want to WAIT till 2025.

So I have said quite often on this forum, that I will be happy with a 10 dollars buy out figure today.

If C.S.L. comes and knock's on our door, I will be even happier.

(IMHO).
