You are entitled to your opinion and I am entitled to my.
Just look at OCC (I own OCC).
It took them some 15 months for European Approvals.
They then applied to FDA in the USA, late last year and share holders have just been told to expect approval in 2020, (When in 2020, nobody Knows).
I could go on and on, but I won't.
IMHO the approvals in Japan, will take longer than stipulated.
While I wait for the final buy out, to happen. I will watch the paint on the wall and wait for it to dry.
