I can't see this as being about some "...structural aspects of the GvHD license agreement." anymore.
In my view, the lateness is due to Sumitomo's surprise entrance into the race, and Fujifilm's change of strategy.
Here's an alternative scenario:
- Since Sumitomo's reveal, Fujifilm have changed strategy and have approached Sumitomo to discuss a possible joint T/O.
- Expect this to push right til the 19th, as they try to negotiate a win/win scenario for both parties.
