If the WAF sub-licensing thing is not resolved, then what is to stop Ross giving Fuji another long extension (for nothing!) and Sumitomo just quietly goes away because of the unresolved WARF sub-licensing issue? In other words, why should the current silence/stalemate end on or before 19 Sep? I hope like hell it does but the management track record is not encouraging.
