HDR is often manipulated short-term. Today is another example - just spiken down to 1.88 on little volume. Looks like shorters making their positions good or CFD providers taking out their clients' stops. Happens frequently. Both WPL and ROC are yup strongly and it looks like the drill ships have/will soon arrive in Mauritania - so no reason for a HDR sell-down.
