I don't consider that manipulation, just market forces at work.
I still think HDR is not a buy yet. It hasn't found a bottom.
Its when the insto put a big buy order out of the money and a big sell order out of the money, so that the price doesn't move. They've got deep pockets and can do anything to the share in the short term.
