Fully agreed Sarc, nuclear is a ridiculous technology as there is no way to shut it off once the power goes off. Other arcane technologies such as oil and gas will just stop generating power without any adverse effects. And wind and solar (I think these are the only two viable future technologies as they do not involve disturbing the earth) cannot ever produce negative side effects.
