The play on words in the thread heading, is basically along the same lines as that of long-standing greenie, George Monbiot, who in the wake of Fukushima has done a Merkel-esque 180 about-face on their opinion about the nuclear industry.

His main post-Fukushima POV is that if an inadequately maintained very old nuclear plant, combine with a freak combination of natural events, hits a nuclear plant head on and, albeit as tragic as it is, this is the outcome, then nuclear power has proven itself (and only gets better with generation-now designs) as a reliable, carbon free source of baseload power.
