Obviously this goes to a shareholder vote. I can't see how any shareholder (outside of the new potential owners) sees this as a good deal. Who decided 0.33c was fair price?
Aren't Fulcrum supposed to get an independant advisor to assess the deal and provide this to shareholders???
Hopefully someone at the ASX gets note of this...
