    What I meant by pro-rata was around your second comment - being oversubscribed, tty not wanting to increase above $21.5M, then dividing equally amonst applicants.

    Thats why I am worried. It will only take 4500 applicants for the full $5000 allotment to raise the required funds. Given current sp, I reckon it could be WAY oversubscibed and all I get is a measly $1000 in shares.
