Well, well, well. I never thought I would see NKPO trade at 8 cents again.
I picked up my very first parcel of NKPO on 27/09/09 for 8 cents.
And now, I have done so again, nearly 18 months later.
In that time, a lot of water has passed under the bridge.
But you know what? The economics of this project stack up. The prices of the underlying commodities are substantially higher than what they were in Sept 2009. And NKP is so far ahead in terms of the BFS.
Our undiluted MCAP is around $185 million, which is fine. Obviously could be much higher. And we all would like it to be much higher.
I think we will see a CR at around 30 cents mark. Maybe 50-60 million shares, for 15-18 million cash.
Management now have to prove to the market that they can deliver.
I don't care about the selling right now as I expected that. Some people will just be happy to get out.
Great buying opportunity and I am so glad I had cash on the side.
