    SYDNEY (Dow Jones)--CSR Ltd. (CSR.AU) said Thursday that Australia's Federal Court is due to deliver Friday its judgement on the conglomerate's appeal of the court decision that effectively blocked it from demerging its sugar and renewable energy business.

    In a statement, CSR said it will advise the market when the outcome of the appeal, scheduled for 9.30am local time, is known.
