Lahlah. The major risk besides all those comprehensively mentioned in the Dundee report is dilution. The refinancing of the 10 million debt facility due in Dec will inevitably result in dilution in my opinion. Any future capital raising will result in dilution as Sentient maintains its proportional stake in the company. Nevertheless, it may be seen that circa 2c is a low entry point. This is undoubtably a high risk play but with it comes the hope (maybe forlorn) of high rewards. My opinion only and PLEASE do your own research.
