Has ORE disclosed any price mechanism details of the sales contracts? I was a little concerned about the comment contract prices are "very different" to spot prices.
Has ORE locked in prices or have any price caps in their contracts? They say prices for contracts based on current negotiation are US$6,000/t (when spot prices are ~US$15,000) which indicates the sales contracts are not linked to an published price index.
How long are the pricing periods for in the contracts?
Anyone got any insight to this?
