bearing in mind whether they would legally be able to answer any of these questions i asked whether the lack of activity in the share buyback indicated a change in thinking towards preserving cash reserves (by implication perhaps signalling more delays) and whether the timeline for commercialisation contained in their November presentation to ausbio seminar remained in place (by May 2005).
