Is there a difference between TOL and POL ,...apart from the spelling?
So, can lynas say that they got POL instead of TOL ?
It sounds to me that everything hinges on the conditions attached to the licence.
I don t think the media would have that information.If lynas don t come up with the details then we and fin institutions can only speculate.
