To that list may I add:
5)Upper management/directors who are competent, have LYC interests in mind (unless someone there thinks he IS Lynas) and keep SH informed in a timely and unambiguous fashion.
Hopefully having AL as CEO is just a first good step to resolving no. 5. All IMO
