The resource sits on both properties, SFZ and Vale, logic says one or the other will mine the deposit.
Should Vale wish to extract a larger pit profile on their side of the fence then they will need to get to the pit using partly SFZ land.
How this eventuates is open to speculation, it could be via cooperation, buy-out or toll mining.
The 6 drill rigs on SFZ site are not there for amusement purposes, Vale could take these guys over with loose change.
