    Q1, YES.

    SMM was all over the headlines when one of their Directors admitted to Bribery etc.

    So for me they are lying unless proved otherwise.

    Q2, No because Axiom has conducted themselves the legal way.

    Q3,They don't have to as its been fabricated so I believe,
    and not material.
