Firstly and most importantly for such a AMAZING ann.... it isnt even on their front page.
you got to dig through their website to get to it.

secondly,
SMM never mention or acknowledge LANDOWNERS in any of the report.

Also SMM fail to mention in any way that it was the landowners using their right to VETO that cancelled the LOI.... laughable at best.

Also and importantly how quick we all forget...... only a few months back ABE was on the stand admitting to the court that the tender for Isabel was *Cough* "Influenced".

as for the gov signature..... well if you work for state rail as a cleaner technially you work or the government dont you???
the judge has not allowed it and unless the attorney general or the judge sign it.... you can wipe you back side with it.

All seems like a last roll of the dice, bordering desperation.

Also and importantly IFFFFFFF there was a ruling/judgment AVQ would be legally obligated by ASX to inform holders as it would be a material ann.

Expect a lot more mud to be thrown as we get closer to the finish line....
