Seems those who are accumulating have stepped up their buy order another PIP today,

The buying that has occured over the few weeks has been careful and controlled, soaking up all loose shares till exhausted at that level,
Today we see the new level @ 1.9.... interesting.

Still has me baffled as to why someone would sell at these prices though,
