I continue to squirm in the knowledge that the Chairman and other directors have allowed Glen Darby's sister Lia to act as a director within this group.
I, as a shareholder of this group still am unsure where this has all gone wrong. Was it lies or fraud that got us into this mess. Were the directors aware of what was about to happen? Why did most of the board resign? Why do these people continue getting paid while CDB remains suspended? Why hasn't the new chairman set a clear direction of the company and addressed the shareholders ?
My main question is what is ASIC doing ?
I am calling for the full resignation of the board.
The board must resign and allow the company to move on and the new chairman must be able to investigate the past 6 months and report to the shareholders. If it was fraud then Federal Police will need to be called.
