There has been rumours of 5 cents in the dollar, there has also been rumours of shareholders receiving 5 cents per share. Which mean subordinate noteholders likely to receive full payment.
So what is correct?
Since 2009. The market has recover substantively, if the asset has not yet been already sold. Noteholders should get their money back in full.
The banks stole whatever value from the shareholders. Since the administrator has already sent then a declaration that their share is worthless.
