My thought is, what will JRO do to save their company from going broke?
This is desperation stuff.
To me this lithium from AJM is going to be a life saving opportunity to jump JRO back into profit.

This lithium has a very good chance of saving them, IMO it will save them!
With the demand on lithium, JRO can on-sell it to almost any company in the battery game.
And at a reasonable profit.

So it is essential for JRO to keep AJM very close, not to destroy their relationship with the board or management.

If JRO has to take on partner in China, they will sell the lithium story to them.
Again, IMO it is a very good story with a huge future to all involved.

But i don't want any takeover situations.
Two companies standing tall and completely independent of each other.
