Am I the only one who thinks the content of the JRO announcement is once again quite different from the one from AJM bod?

Meanwhile, AJM said all control discussions stop for now to concentrate on full production and ramp up to Stage 2. Citigroup still engaged for further enquiries.
To me, it just sounds like more red herring from JRO, just delay tactics.
