In short, as it's been researched and discussed inside out for quite some time Kobe's UBC is for ultra supercritical boilers which there are currently none currently operating in India, hence the reason for MoU and 'pilot'.
Coldry is primarily for supercritical ( note the Adsense of the word 'ultra' ) boilers which are the new breed of boilers, current order books are for these units whilst they are also being progressively installed as new plants are being constructed.
