Well said. If you read the wording in the NLC Annual report for 14/15 pages 22 and 23, both sections describing Environmental Clean Technology's Coldry/Matmor and Kobe are referred to as pilot plants. So this could still refer to either.

One thing is clear - Kobe process requires treating lignite with oil, Coldry does not. How much more expensive would their tech be, even more so to scale up for commercial use.. much more. Most recent ann by ESI gave indication of $30 per tonne product cost for our tech. Even at current low prices, crude oil is around $40 a barrel - kobe process going to be expensive.. Not hard to see which tech is superior.

Also Kobe and MLC only signed an MOU not a commercial agreement. We already have confirmation from our company that NLC chairmans independence day comments about pilot plant for upgraded lignite and value add iron pilot plant is referring to our tech.
