Did you mean 2012 for the Hartley's prediction MMM?, agree with your assessment though. People have maybe been expecting the SP to climb slowly towards the target of around 9c, and it has been, but this will accelerate as predicted, in my view, on permitting, which now looks not only odds on (given that the NRC would not even bother to visit in the first place unless they thought things were well down the track already) but a possibility within months, not years as we have seen in the past.
