They will not be relisting on AIM. They have been there and experienced the hassle. They will be listing on the LSE. Which comes down to the value that Ubecoin brings. Realistically a company needs at least GBP100M to list on the LSE. So Ubecoin has to bring at least this amount, possibly double.
When I asked about the share sale facility when it was first mentioned, I was told to hold off doing so. I think that Peterhouse would have been the broker. I will ask the question when I speak to Andrew.
