the :-( was only because of the FID having been pushed out with just about every second new announcement.. I backtracked to see when FID was first quoted.. end of 2018, then early 2019, then back to end 2018, back to early 2019, then first half 2019, then mid 2019 , then "latter" part of 2019, then 2nd half of 2019 and now.. END 2019... Just doesn't cut it for me... they are of the ball when it comes to company reporting.. but I'll leave it there.
As Mr H mentioned, it seems as though FID is indeed being pushed out later and later as the Arbit decision/outcome gets pushed out.
As for the cap raise aspect, I think management have a well thought through plan in place and we'll be ok there without a further dilution that might have a "knock out" affect on the "little people"
