Full WGO Potential

Some people were curious where potentially we are heading.

2. Tesorilo Spain : in my opinion can be as big as EP469 otherwise why the original WGO would go for JV offering EP469. They must have been aware of Spain politics and must be confident it will start in 2020, so another $1 may come in
