    The above assumes that the one off expenses are indeed one off. This does not match what we already know however. The remediation costs are were roughly $300m for the half year. In view of the fact that AMP's Mike Wilkins told the RC the remediation process would take between 10 and 17 years wouldn't that tell you that the remediation costs are going to be at least $300m per year for up to 17 years?

    Recent bounce looks like a reaction to the relatively benign news from the RC but Feb 14th will see the beginning of an unfolding horror I suspect. 

    NB I could be wrong but time will tell
