Agree with what you say, but think perhaps many mistake holders optimism and excitement about this company finally making a move forward, the announcements summarised by MaiCHai show that this is a new chapter.
We may be lucky enought to see 2c by years end, or not. BUT I think its hard not to get excited when INT keeps striking deals with customers. Always better than a rudderless ship IMHO
